Ok all my meta tags are correct, when my page gets indexed the description is shown along with the title, but when the description is over some of the stuff on my site bleeds onto my desc. and when it's index you can see stuff under desc thats not in my desc. but from the body of my site.

Example.
------------.com - SoundBoards

Outstanding Soundboards from A-Z including all time favs. Arnold Schwartzenegger, Al Pacino, Howard Stern, and more! + Main + Funny Videos + Extreme Videos + Sports Videos + Funny Audio + Prank ...

See whats in bold is in my body of the site how can i eliminate that?

Try validating the code to see if there is an error causing it.

Validating the page is certainly a good idea as it will indicate any potential technical issues with the page. However, this is not necessarily a code problem at all - there is no obligation whatsoever for a search engine to use the contents of the meta description tag as its own description for an URL. They can ignore it totally, use it partially or fully, or pad it out with content from the rest of the page or even elsewhere if the algo considers your meta discription insufficient.

Perhaps try a longer description for the page to improve your chances?

K thank you i appreciate it, so you're saying meta tags only a reference and the search engine "technically" doesn't have to use it.

I did a bit of research into this recently for my company and the general conclusion seems to be that a) no SE really cares about them due to past abuses, and b) if they do affect your rankings at all then it'll be 3-5 carefully chosen page relevant ones that'll help - much more than that and you'll be considered to be spamming.
