ISP cache problem

hi friends,

i am not able to open the website of my news content provider ( i am paying fee for the service ) .
i think this is due to ISP cache problem, i have tried with another ISP , it's working fine, but the problem with the alternate ISP is it's taking nearly 30 minutes to open a web page .. Dead slow. I have to wait nearly 10 hours to get the news through this ISP.

Please let me know how can visit the webpage overcoming the ISP cache problem. i telephoned them, but not proper resonse, that'swhy i am asking your help.

I don't think there's any advice we can give that will be useful, because this is a business affair between you and your ISP. Since you are having no problems going through a different ISP, I think you should take up the issue directly with tech support at the ISP where the problem is occurring.
