Free html editor suggestion?

I'd appreciate suggestions on the best free html editor. I personally use xsitepro :) and frontpage, but I'd like to suggest some freebie tools for folks on a limited budget.

I'm a big fan of HTML-Kit. Tons of features and yes, it's free.

You might also look in the WYSIWYG and Text Code Editors [webmasterworld.com] forum for many "lively" discussions about this subject.

Nvu is a good WYSIWYG editor. It has features compairable to dreamweaver, and it is open source.

For a normal text editor, I prefer Nodepad++

But that is just my opinion :)
