Is there a way to create a hyperlink w/o using the actual URL in the code?

Perhaps through CSS or some other type of remote location?

Well, you can use JavaScript, or a page that redirects to the "actual" URL... Maybe you'll get a better answer when you indicate what you're trying to achieve, instead of going straight to the "how"!

Right, Sorry about that.

What I am trying to accomplish is creating a link to an offsite location. I am restricted to only linking to same site pages and want to get around that.
