IE6 Formatting issue

Maybe iFrame, maybe CSS... I dunno...

Hi there.

I'm working on a site for a friend and am having a rather obnoxious formatting issue. I have a JS menu inside a table with width set to 100% and a specific background color. This is included on several pages. All these pages are viewed in an iFrame. The table does not extend all the way to the right edge of the iFrame (or indeed of the browser window when the page is viewed outside the iFrame) in IE6, but it looks perfect in Firefox. Also, margins seem to be off quite a bit in IE6. I've fiddled endlessly and can't figure it out. I'd appreciate any help anyone can give.

Note 1: The image is broken intentionally so you can see how far the table does extend in both IE and Firefox

Note 2: My friend runs an art conservation business, and her last name is White. Her company name is "White Conservation Services." So please don't be upset by the domain, it's perfectly innocent.

Note 3: I'm learning most of this as I go, so if I've done something dumb, please bear with me. :)

Compare Firefox 1.0.6 with IE 6.0 (should look like Firefox)

Edit:

Well, I just couldn't leave it alone, and I fiddled some more and I seem to have gotten the text margins fixed, but I still have the problem with the table in the include not filling the full width of the page.
