html and font size

Hi
Im having a problem with my web site home page whenever I view it the font will be display in deferent size like in one \browser it looks small and the other it looks a little big and I have tray this in deferent pc’s like work friend pc and my pc

I have bin looking in the web and in the html help pages and websites and what I learn that their are font size tag from 1 to 7 is their a way to force any browser to use the font size I chose to display to the user and if their a way how can I do it
