HI. Im new to this forum and not to hot with a PC. Im concerned that my daughter is being 'groomed' on msn instant messenger. Can anyone tell me of any downloads that are available to record chat messages so I can view the conversations after she logs of MSN?

Welcome to the forums. There is a lot of software available that does this, created both for parents and for employers.

I don't want to get into specific product recommendations in this thread, because of the potential for self-promotion it brings up -- but try a search on Google for chatroom monitoring, or parental control chat -- things like that. You'll see there are lots of options.

MSN has it's own option to record chat conversations to a file on your PC.
Tools\Options... at the 2nd tab you can see the option to record them.
