Hi there,

I am starting the long task of making pur 15,000 page site html 4.01 compliant (some will be xhtml1 transitional). Some of our pages have flash objects within them and they are not validating.

The error is that the attributes of the embed tag do not exist.

I know that the embed tag is in there, as well as the object tag, because some versions of Netscape needed it.

Is this still the case?

I know that when you publish an swf and html from flash, it puts the embed tag in.
