Hi all :)

my first post.

One of my customers is unable to print a png image on a web page in Internet Explorer.
She gets a "cannot print due to an unknown system error" alert/message.
What she can print out is grayscaled and muted, like a negative image?

I first thought the problem might be with the browser unable to print 8-bit palletized png format,
like IE 5, I think.
However I double checked all images and none of them are either palletized or transparent.
I have no idea how to fix this except to change the file format, and that's not a good solution at all.
If someone has any ideas or knows what's causing this I would SO appreciate your input.
Thank you so much!

IE sucks at best for .png support. Even the latest version still doesn't render them correctly. My suggestions would be to change formats, or use a different browser.
