Make page dissapear from history

I was wondering if anyone knew how I could make a page so it was hidden from a users browser history. We have a site with a faily crude password system that works great but the pages protected by the password show up in the history window after the user has left the page.

Anyway to have the browser 'forget' it has been there? Meta Tag? JS?

Depends on what you password system is written in.. I don't know of a way to delete or hide a single page from browser history.
