I am running a website with a top and bottom frame. In the top frame I have a flash navigation panel I designed, and in the various pages are displayed in the bottom frame. The page works fine, except that when I upload changes to the pages, they dont show up in the frames. If I view just the page (not in my frame set) it is the new version. Any Idea why I cant get it to refresh in the frame set?

Any input is appreciated.

You are probably looking at the version cached by your browser.

Have you tried pressing Ctrl+F5 that should give you the new version from the server.

Yes, I have tried that and I still get the old version.

I would suggest :

1) empty the cache of your browser, delete the whole content
2) look at the settings of your browser, and select to check for updates on the server every time you access a site
3) I should have mentioned that you may have to press Ctrl+F5 several times before it works properly, sorry

Hah, I figured out my problem. I switched domains two days ago, and updated all my links, but forgot to update the links in my flash file. So when I was clicking my links, it was opening the files from my old site in the frame on my new site (it is still being smoothed out though).

Oops! Anyway, thanks for the input.

Matt
