Calendar Date Selection on a form

How do you create one?

Hi,
I am looking to create a form that visitors can schedule a service call on. I would like to have a calendar that they can click on the date to schedule. Anyone have any idea how to do this?

There are a lot of calendar scripts available for free - just search on something like "calendar form script" and check them out.

I would suggest adapting the work of others and not trying to build from scratch.
