That URL doesn't work -- and interestingly the 404 intercept page is a Jeeves design.

But all the "Search Tips" on Teoma and "Help" on Ask and AskJeeves are working for me.

Maybe I'm overlooking something, but I can't find a button on the new design that invokes the URL you quote.

tried the url, nothing except redirection to the base url, also inputted help.html, redirected. Can't see anything.
