I was just assuming that the free submission page takes 20 years to get your pages into the index..There isnt a paid submission deal with these guys?

DH always was a bit of a mission to get into and not one I would both with unless the site had good link-popularity and was gaining good listings in the other SE's

They boosted your listings initially and then they dropped off if you weren't getting clicked on.

So on that I would leave it out of the equation until a site was ready rather than waste potential referrals becuase the site was really fresh and non visible yet.
