Jeeves/Teoma cache doesn't show Stylesheet

All other SE cached pages display my CSS normally except Jeeves/Teoma. It just doesn't show up, and never has AFAIK.

When I source their cached version of my pages, my code is there:

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="/css/file.css">

Does anyone have an idea why? Thanks.
