Ask Still Hammering The Server

Ask still going mad at my server and keep spidering the whole database. Two questions,

1. Will the outcome be any good?
2. Is this spidering slowing other sites. The reason I am asking this that I saw a dip in revenue generated in last few days.

What do you guys suggest, banned it completely (I am hesitant about this), or slow it down? Is there a way to slow it down.

Any Thoughts?

I've got the same problem: Ask Jeeves/Teoma ist producing lots of bandwidth but doesn't seem to list the pages.
Does anyone know how often they update their index? I don't have any problems with the traffic generated but I'd reaaly like to get at least _some_ visitors from them.
