I submitted my website to ask.co.uk about a week and half ago. I've just logged into my account to see whether my site has been indexed, my URL status says refreshed. Can someone please tell me why, when i search using my keywords, my website is nowhere to be found. When i type my URL, my website pops up.

Does this mean the ask.co.uk doesn't think much of my site or is there something else to it. I appreciate your input guys.(am not a happy camper).

I assume you are referring to the paid submission you made,

if so, that is purely to get you indexed and NOT to guarantee you alisting for top keywords which you want.

I am assuming you have done your SEO work on the site, bearing in mind their algo isdifferent to Google, Inktomi etc etc

NuffRespect,

Shak's right you paid to play, now you need to start working on Ask's algo and start winning the game ;)

Yes, sign up for a Google Adwords account. They just announced that Ask.co.uk will be serving up Google Adwords.
