That reads very positive -> seems that along with increased referrals for most of our sites :) they are also doing better business.

I remember when they downsized hard -- two of my buddies lost there jobs right after their not-yet-vested stock options sunk. It is nice to see some good news from the butler.

Fair Play to AJ.

Maybe this is the strategy, to grow slowly and continue growing, rather than going for broke, and realising it when the bubble bursts, which has happened to so many an SE, and for me i can see one around the corner, waiting to go bang.

This is an approach every company should apply. Close cost control and an expansion rate that your finacial reserves can handle at all times. That way you are never in for nasty financial surprises that can threaten your company. ;)
