In finding that the top 10 sites on Teoma is identical to the top 10 sites for Google, for my
major keywords.

Is Teoma taking Google results, or is Teoma and Google using such similiar algrothims, im getting
the same results, or is this just a coincidence.

Whats your top 10 Google - Teoma, identical top
10 ratio.

My main keyword is only about 30% similarity. Interestingly enough though...Teoma seems to provide better results. I'm #1 on both engines, but on Teoma my real competitors are also on the first page. Heh. Go google for providing bad results!

only a 30% match on the three word phrase most common for my NFP site.

However, both popped the NFP as #1 and of the next 9 more than half the results are independent sites which provide a link to the NFP. I'm kinda happy about that.

Regarding similar results, testing a couple of keywords that are important on my site:
For one keyword phrase, there is 80% similarity.
For another keyword phrase, there is 50% similarity, between Google and Teoma, in the top 10 results.

Teoma showed 1 or 2 sites that I hadn't seen before, and they weren't as relevant as the Google top 10.

I think the algo has taken a dive in the last update, and the spam detectors were off, with kw / content distribution around 20% making the top on some terms.

I personally see this as a bad back step for Teoma's algo > or another way of looking at it is a spammers delight.

I can't say that i see a great deal of similarity between Teoma's SERPs, and the association that can be drawn between G's and ATW's.

Some pages that link to my site! Not mine :( I think they want to make my money on submission so they pull me out of the database! Business ...

Teoma seems to have a better algo than Google, but their spider is not crawling sites deep enough and quick enough. Also, their site shows all kinds of irrelevant stuff!
