Does Teoma cache DNS Info?

I have quite nice rankings in Teoma and like it. I just hope their Market share will grow so that all of us donīt get too dependent on Google...

As millions of European Websites, we are now changing our provider and IPs (because of KPNQwest last breath coming up)

Does Teoma caches DNS Info - like Google and other do - ? Will it take the issue into account and re-check failed requests to the DNS it has cached?

They would be silly not to. Any chance of your exsistng provider leaving the "old" site live for a peroid after the change over?

sorry been away for a while, though never planned it. Littleman is spot on, all the crawlers cache dns just as your broswer cache's site info, to increase speed.

Well, the change has happened. The old provider didnīt keep us online. Googlebot (4 days) and Fast (at once) visited the site under the new DNS...

How can I check the teoma Spider in the logs? Does it come often?

Actually I have never seen it so far, although I have nice rankings in Teoma...
