How to open .db files

I have a problem
i have a database file names #*$!xxx.db
and i want to open this database file or convert it to sql file of .mdb file

There are lots of applications that use the .db file extension, include Oracle databases, Windows XP thumbnail databases, Paradox databases, Novell GroupWise Address databases, MSWorks, Mozilla Client Certificate or Security Module databases and more.

Do you know what type of file it is?
