I'm not sure what you mean by Flash redirection... do you mean an actual Flash applet?
Actually, most cloaking scripts I know of do not use "redirection". Instead, they use LWP or Curl to grab the landing page and display it under the cloaked URL. In my opinion, you should try to stay away from redirection, because you don't want the URL to change.
This script has two types of redirection.
you can choose between redirecton via Flash of via JavaScript.
It's not that you will see the original URL first, but you're being redirected directly.
Besides this i've no idea what are good cloaking scripts. I'm also looking at buying the script of searchenginecloaker.com

Both of the methods of redirection you mentioned can be disabled simply by changing the preferences in your browser. For instance quite a few people (myself included) typically surf with JavaScript disabled.
