How to tell if site is cloaking pages?

How can I test if a site is using cloaking - especially meta tag refresh

I've done a bit of searching and haven't found out how to tell if a website is using cloaking - especially meta tag refreshes. Is there any method on finding out if a website is using cloaking methods such as meta-tag refreshes?

Have you looked at the Google or Yahoo Cache versions of the page? If the page isn't cached you may have some luck using some kind of online html validator that would not follow a meta refresh and allow you to see the code.

You can turn off meta refreshes in the Options of most major browsers, too.
