Redirect in cache information?

I ran into this website that ranked for my keywords even though it's a poker site (my site sells widgets). Curious about it, I clicked on the cached link on G. It took me to a blank page for a second, and then it redirected me to the actual site.

Is this an obvious cloaked page with some javascript redirect? if not, how is this done?

Actually I just found out, by clicking on 'save target as' - some fancy javascript string concatenation.

But it pisses me off because my keywords are being spammed over 6-7 pages of results that are all the same thing...

Its a simple javascript that makes sure the page is not showed in frames from another site or is included in another script.
I use similar code to achieve the same thing, allthough not in a spammy way.

If the result is spamming the results, you should report it to google.
If they are really spamming the results they will do something about it.
