Define cloaked URL forwarding. I'm not sure what that means exactly.

Cloaking is a term used by a number of registrars (e.g. simply.com). I had not come across it myself (hence the question) but I now believe it just means framed.

Here in the Cloaking forum, we discuss web page cloaking. What you are referring to is domain name forwarding/framing.
