Weird cloaking found

I've found a Web site that promotes products and all that steal my headlines redirect people to my site when they click on the link in the search engin.

Does anyone know what kind of leech I've stumble into again and what can I expect from them. How bad are they for my site's ranking and integrity.

Why do people leech on other people's work. I don,t bother other people and their Web site. So why do people feel like mirroring my site?

If you have found some crook doing this, then you should simply report them using the Google spam report page.

If I were you, I'd also do a spyware/scumware scan on my computer, just in case.
