Cloaking Links Pages

would this work?

Seeing as links pages these days are mainly for google and other search engines, would it be a good idea to cloak your links page and give Google a page with barely no links so you dont lose PR. and have normal browsers access the *real* links, so other websites that you exchanged links with wont get angry.

are there any sites out there doing this? is it worth my while?

As long as your links are on topic or of relevency you shouldn't have to cloak.

Nobody but a webmaster cares about pr rating and there are dozens of other search engines you could be hosing up unless you want to cloak them all.
