after florida update i was one of the "lucky" ones to drop out of google. if i search for my site i will find it but my main keyword and being #2 is gone now. after reading all the forums here and getting some e-mails from other people i kind of understand what happened. i can't explain why i dropped but hey it happened.
one of the owners of the company i work for managed to get second opinion abnout our main website and some "seo" comapny told him that I am using cloacking and that is why i was kickec out of google. my problem is that i am not using cloaking, never did and the only thing i am guilty of is actually knowing what cloaking is. i have told my boss that we are not suing cloaking and that i am not even sure if I have tech for it since i only have acess to ftp. fair enough my "other" boss comes back and says that other "seo" company said that i have removed cloaking and it's not there anymore.
is there a way of proving that i am not using cloaking and is there a way of explaining to my boss what it is and how it's done.

Write a short email explaining what you're doing and then get your boss to ask them to comment on your email. The -waffle cache page will clearly show you were not using cloaking & that they're talking rubbish ;)

i'll do that. problem is they dont even understand what cloaking is :)
