What will these search engine do if turned in for cloaking

Will these search engines do anything at all if turned in for cloaking?

Have you actually heard of them doing anything or not doing anything?

Google will zero out your PR, effectively burying your site. A few years ago, INK would bury your cloaked pages deep in the SERPs, I'm uncertain how they punish in more recent times.

And it's not just when "turned in." I've seen indications that Google actively looks for cloaking automatically, via their algo.
