inserting meta tags for SE not to cache

how can I do this - what <META> to put in my HTML code for Google not cache the page?

W3C HTML 4.01 spec does not list legal values for the NAME attribute of the META tag, so my question now is whether using "ROBOTS" here is just means to indicate Google (and only GOOgle) not to cache, or it works for all the SEs and there is some standard which SEs abide and thus know ROBOTS is the name they're looking for?

Right now I think Google is the only engine paying attention to this meta tag. There is no rule saying other engines can't start using it as well. There is no standard for this.

Thats correct, only Google use the NOARCHIVE tag at the moment :)
