Help Needed on Cloaking

Hi there,

I dont know much about perl or cloaking. But ive been told that cloaking is the method i need to use for what i want to do.

Basically i want to detect a users country and redirect the user to a certain page depending on their country. The pages that the user gets redirected to should be configurable in the script. If the country is unknown it should go to a default specified page.

I was told that google uses cloadking to detect users country and redirect them to the approriate language site.

I would be very very grateful if someone can help me out on this.

I also don't know much about cloaking, but try using the site search above you will find 1,000's of past posting’s on the subject that should keep you busy for a good few days reading them

what programing language are you using for this.

I want to use perl or asp. my host supports those two languages therefore i must get this working in one of these languages.

I would be very greatful if someone can help me.
