Can someone please let me know if they have ever heard of <snip>? It sounds like an excellent solution to increasing real search engine ranking, but i'm always suspicious of anything that doesn't affect the real web site that's being promoted (in terms of programming). Is this cloaking? Will it potentially cause a search engine to ban our site? I really don't know enough to tell what this is doing. Is it a new technology? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
smokey

Welcome to WebmasterWorld smokeysterling,

We try hard and stay away from discussing specific products but generally there isn't a lot of "new technology" in this area. I would set aside a night or two and have a real good dig through the cloaking forum, there are some great threads :)

This is really hilarious -- i am three for three at webmasterworld... i posted three times and each time was told my subject matter was not appropriate! listen, if i could "dig thru" all the threads and come away with the depth of knowledge that you gurus have, i'd BE a guru. i'm just a lowly end-user type who needs some good advice. Someone please have pity on me and give me a real answer about something!
thanks,
smokey s.
