Hi,

We are going to redesign one page of our website (www.example.com/xyz.php) that xyz.php is going to have new design new content.

We are planing to server different content to different audiences like for US content will be different and UK its different and NZ its different.

Please advice is it good for SEO? Are we doing something wrong? Which version will be presented to Google

Let the user choose his language or region or content... Automatic selection of such things is annoying to users -- especially travelers, unless it can be overridden by the user (click the little flags).

Use different URLs for the different versions of the page. Let Google index and list all of them. Otherwise you are throwing away traffic (and possibly dollars, rupees, and yen) from those diverse users.
