New Cloaking Issue Recognised

Today while browsing internet i found a new cloaking issue on one site, here is the issue.

when i checked cached version of cache: www.example.com , google shown me a strange and shocking indexed content, here is it

Google suppose to show cache version of www.Example.com, But different domain (www.example.com) has been indexed by google bots.

What is this? can anyone clear me about this issue..
