Have a question thought,
We need to add currency conversion script to our pages only for the visitors from EU. The script itself is about 25-30kb(javascript) and is hosted on another domain.

80% of users are US Based, so there is no need for Currency Conversion tool to be present. So what we need to do is some GEO cloaking(we have the tools in place to acomplish it).

Would something like this cause problems with SEs(if somehow it gets noticed)?

Thanks for your comments in advance.

It shouldn't. Google has said repeatedly that they are OK with geolocation cloaking. I think the others follow this policy, too.
