Welcome to WebmasterWorld :)

You could try aliasing/forwarding different domain names to your primary site, but I'm doubtful this would overcome China's filters. It also sounds unethical.

I don't think there is anything unethical about what you are trying to do.

Cloaking in the traditional sense will not work. China's firewall blocks sites that contain certain keywords. I'm not in China but if I were, I'd try all sorts of techniques, starting with a simple solution any beginner could manage- change the problem keywords on your pages with an image of the word.

Make sure your domain name or any of the hidden HTML doesn't use any of the problem keywords too.
