Ideally my url would be carried on GoTo as xxx.xxx.com/home.asp?s=goto1
Other urls would be goto2, goto3 etc.
I am an asp site and want to use the .asp on my url's page. The ?s=goto1 would identify the keyword to me.
Is there a better way of doing this? Should I create pages like xxx.xxx.com/goto1.html and goto1, goto3 etc. Would that be considered cloaking?
I think I want to bid about .20 or .25 and spend up to 200-250 a month on each keyword (600-750 total).
If I could get 5 sales it would be about break even. Can anyone relate to these numbers?
IMO the ROI of paying for clicks depends on many factors, there really is no right amount to spend, all you can do is project the traffic and extrapolate conversion ratios. These numbers will be different for everyone. Some do adopt a strategy of finding niche keywords and therefore are able to get decent targetted traffic at much lower bid prices.
