Welcome to WebmasterWorld
You can find a good list of the most popular commercial scripts here. [dmoz.org]
As you will see, they come in all shapes, sizes and price ranges. If you can provide more information about what exactly you are trying to accomplish, I'm quite confident the many cloaking experts that hang out here can help you figure out what general types of features would be best for your situation.
Once you have that nailed down, it becomes much easier to determine whether or not there is a commercial product that will meet your needs.

The one at make-it-online.com/sec.html seems very extensive but the prices are not what I would pay for a script.
But I like their extra page generation features.
What i am looking for is :
-Ability to easily update ip's en user agents, it would be nice if there would be some update service.
-Ability to to easily add other searchengines.
Most cloakingscripts just handle the top US searchengines, but ofcourse there are more searchengines than those.
The price range of icsave.com is not too bad, most of the others I think are too expensive.
I would be using it for multiple domains I own myself, not for my clients.
Hope you can give me some more advice.

In the meantime I still haven't decided what to go for.
I still think about choosing icsave, but I would like to hear about experiences with the several cloaking scripts...
Once again, I only know ics and can say that the members only area has a very current list.
IMO it looks like cloaking for every engine on the planet is a futile waste of time. I am leaning more towards AV, Ink, Google, and Fast. That pretty much sums up where all the traffic comes from.
But in Europe the local searchengines generate a lot of traffic as well.
For example in the Netherlands (where I live) there are 2 major local searchengines.
So I would like to be able to include them as well, but I guess that shouldn't be too hard to figure out.
By the way, this really is a great searchengine forum! :)
For most of my projects, I have found that a script that allows me to custom tailor pages for the major engines is the best way to go. However, I don't do much International SEO.
As far as IP databases go, I've found that from a notification and update standpoint, IP Delivery provides exceptional service. However, their script is a bit pricy compared to others and it lacks the web-based interfaces that come with scripts like ICS or Fantomaster.
"If you go for a script with a large international database like Fantomaster, you give up the ability to deliver a separate page for individual engines"
I know that in the forthcoming upgrade of Fantomasters Bot base to a fully SQL powered database will allow for generation of customizable separate lists. When this will be I am not sure!
There is a cloaking script that has a license to use the fantomaster's list, and serves separate pages to separate engines. I wrote it. However, I won't say what script it is here. But it is on that dmoz link in the second post =)
