cgi-bin, how do I convert to .html

Littleman helped me set up an inline cloaking script and it works fine, except for the pictures don't show up. I attribute that too it being in the cgi-bin without full path access to main directory images. Is there any way that I can place my cloaked script in the main directory or does it have to remain in the cgi-bin. At the least, can I take out cgi-bin from the path it looks so lame and obvious.

yeah no luck on that. I can't think of another way and I hoped to find it in past threads but that hasn't worked yet either.
