My blog has total of 245 posts , everytime i am publishing a post i will referesh it so sitemaps will be updated, now days back it is showing 151 only out of 245 posts in sitemaps.
Can anyone explain what may be the issue and how to fix this.

Do you mean that only 151 posts out of 245 are indexed? If so, how do you check this?
Or do you mean that sitemap shows only 151 posts out of 245? If so, which blogging platform do you use? Are you using plugin to generate sitemap? Have you analysed which posts are missing from the sitemap and can you draw any conclusions from there?
