Fetch as Google - Monthly Quota Reached!

I am trying to use Fetch as Google in Google Webmaster Tools, but it says that i met my monthly quota.

Does anybody know when the quote limitation reset? I figured it would be the first of every month?

You can use fetch as Google tools again after 30 days.

Normally, I used Fetch as Google tool, whenever I changed any article on my blog, and links to that article is not quite well. Otherwise Google is smart enough to crawl all the pages easily.
