Is wordpress blog resposing consdered as duplicate content?

I use to repost great article by other bloggers on my blog. Is it counted as a duplicate content?
If yes, what are the other possible ways I can repost the content which is not considered as duplicate.

Well if you take it and republish on your website that's just the most common duplication. Google will drop your result because why index two identical pages?
A solution to this may be reposting and commenting it. Instead of just copying it, you can make citations of paragraphs and then comment it with YOUR thoughts and with YOUR own impressions, or with images, videos, etc adding even more value to that article.
