Looking for a solid Wordpress Development Tutorial

I have built sites in Dreamweaver and built a custom Wordpress blog using the Thesis theme, but I want to move on to bigger and better things: building a Wordpress site from scratch. Does anyone have a recommendation for a comprehensive tutorial or online class that would help me acquire this knowledge?

Not sure what you mean by from scratch... to install WP, you'll get a default theme. Do you mean how can you develop a theme from scratch?
