About having the site listed on normal listings or sponsored results.

I have two websites whic I wish to include at ask.com and ask.co.uk.
It can be whether Sponsored Result or normal submission. How can I make this happen?

Eventually your site will get into all engine's (publicly accesible) may take upto a year or so - however does whatever costs to speed up the process increase ROI?
