IAC/InterActiveCorp is planning a series of start-up Web sites, including sites aimed at African-Americans, kids and news junkies, as it prepares for a restructuring that will carve off most of its older media businesses.First up is the launch Thursday of RushmoreDrive.com, a search engine specifically targeting the black community by offering relevant search results, as well as news and job listings.
