Paid submissions in ASKJEEVES make sense?

After the google florida base, I have been exploring a few other engines.

Would submitting the sites via their paid program make a differnce (ofcourse these sites are well optimized) but dropped by google.

It depends, I hardly have any refferals from them, only 5% from my total traffic. It depends a lot on the industry I guess.
