strange errors when trying to edit keywords and ads

Hi,

I changed an ad status from On to Off, than I tried to turn it On again by using the bulk upload tool and got an error "another user has edited the ad.." - any ideas?
I could not find any option in the web interface to turn it on again.

Another problem:

I tried to turn several keywords Off by using the Edit Keywords bulk upload.

after the upload was completed, the system added every keyword twice in Off status and the same keywords remained also in On status,

Also it created additional ads without names.

Any ideas why it is happening and how to do it right?

sounds like a problem that should be taken up directly with Ask!
