Teoma picking up my bad 2nd page not home page

why is page 2 an expert recommended link

In teoma our site appears often in the expert recomended links the problem is that the link for my 2nd page of info not the home page. Now my homepage is way more relevant. and i was hoping to get these links changed. How do i contact teoma to ask for that link to be changed.

You can't. Certainly not as far as i am aware.

the expert links, are derived by computer- db based algorithyms, that are pointing at your second page as being the most, relevant to that term, in relation to the community of websites, that the algo deems as authoritative links.

Not sure what type of site it is, but the top page should be very irrelavent to the search results, and should not be the targetted page for the expert links, as the money pages are of more interest. Though in saying that i don't know how you have structured your site.

I was under the impression that the resource links were hand selected by people. Not computer selected, It does say "Resources link collections from experts and enthusiasts" That phrase gives the impression of human edited lists not math based. Anyway the reason i ask the question is that the focus is on my index page that includes many links and info that the second page does not. the second page is more of an overflow page. but who knows, atleast im there right?

however you managed to achieve your second page being in the expert links, panel on the left of the SERPs, that is good.

The trick is to capitalise on that, and re-order the content of your website, while negotiating with the expert links, to maximise exposure.

Though optomising for Teoma alone, unless you have several site's based on different IP's aiming at different SE's would make it rather a futile approach, unless you think to hell with the rest of the SE's, which i think would be an interesting approach, though would be a bit benign in the exposure (Communication/ROI) of the site.

Personally, i would leave the second page as is, though maybe with a couple of more links from the first, and use the first to hunt down rank on G and ATW.

well i cant really reorder the content cause my model it to have it structured one way. could any one reply to my question about the misleading description of the resources section.

The sentence means this: "These web pages below are done by experts and enthusiasts"

In other words, the experts and enthusiasts did not select the links. They made the pages. An algo determined that the pages are authoritarian rather than commercially promotional.
