Is it even worth the money?

Should I pay the $30 to get listed?

Even better, should I have my clients pay $30 to get listed?

Why and through who (INeedHits.com)?

It's recommended, but I haven't seen any decent results. I also don't think you have much choice for Ask Jeeves/Teoma, I could be wrong but I think they are your only choice.

Let me know if I'm wrong.

When can I get a decent listing?

Answer the question and it can give a decent result!

In the UK - Teoma has done me fine :) - for a $ or two!

I think the paid inclusion program for Teoma,AJ network is certainly worth doing, as well as all the other paid subs > that make for a basic converage of the directories and search engines.

Teoma will grow, at what speed remains to be seen, though with the DH popularity technology and the corporate customers that AJ is picking up, the money seems to be flowing in.

If you are not in Teoma, then do it. If you site is already in Teoma, then opto-it.

"as well as all the other paid subs"

Besides AltaVista...

Be aware that a refresh of your listing will only hurt it on AV. Listings that aren't updated take rank senority - I've experienced it.
