Anyone involved with Asian languages?

I have been watching a few Indian languages and I have found the quality of translation rather unacceptable for a commercial entity. Since several people can work on the same product, you can see a range from excellent to unacceptable.

If I can convey the sense of the quality using spoken English as an example, I see:

* Perfect, standard English
* Hillbilly
* Cockney
* Street slang
* English as a second language
* etc

I can't get past canned responses out of Google. Any suggestions as to how to reach someone who cares?

Hi anallawalla

I recently spoke at the LocalizationWorld Conference in Germany and met a few of the localization/international team members from Google. I plan to meet with them again at SES San Jose on a variety of localization and international issues. I would be happy to forward any comments/recommendations you have to them.
